Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan : Switchblade Solaris Dutamas

Tak pernah lagi makan kat sini. It was my brother's idea to eat here. Strategically located at Solaris Dutamas. Since we went there during lunch, parking memang susah nak dapat. It took us half an hour to get a parking space. Lesson learn : don't go during lunch on working days!!!

Mine!Mine! Lamb Burger, big portion but I prefer McDee, hehehe.

Shrimp Zucchini Pasta

Harga quite reasonable. Lamb Burger cost arount RM20++ while their set lunch (Shrimp Zucchini Pasta + Asparagus Soup + Ice Lemon Tea) was only RM10.90. Taste wise, agak kurenglah sebab tekak melayu ku ini tak suka makanan yang tawar2, hahaha, more salt please!!! But my sister LOVES this place.

Congrats Ijam and Rose for your new born baby. His name is Qalif Umar and was born on 20th Mac 2011. Semoga menjadi anak yang soleh, aminnnnn.

A Day With Hadeef

Semenjak Haqeem lahir, anak yang sorang ni rasa rasa tergugat sikit. Maklumlah, 3 tahun lebih mama dia manjakan dia suddenly ada adik.


So one day, I decided to bring him to 1 Utama and spend time with him. Bought his favourite food, McDee Chicken Nugget on the way to OU. Jalan-jalan and we saw Tutti Fruitty, his favourite as well.


Lucky us, from 12pm-3pm, they give 20% discount for all purchase. Jimat2. Yalah, 100g is about RM5.80 and that is expensive. He can't even finish 100g pun. So mama dia amek ngam2 100g (half of the smallest cup tu). Pun x abis.

Our Latest Venture : Satay Meru @ Kota Damansara

My husband memang sangat suka satay and disebabkan fanatiknya dia pada satay, kitorang decide untuk bukak stall satay di Tanjung Village Food Court, Kota Damansara (berdekatan Sunway Giza, sebelah Starbuck), JV dengan his friend, Amrul.

That's our stall 

Stall buka dari pukul 6 petang sehingga 12 tengah malam. Ada satay ayam, daging dan perut dan juga otak-otak. Pada sesiapa yang sudah tahu, satay Meru ni dah memang terkenal cuma tak se'glamour' macam Satay Samuri. Kalau nak tahu, datanglah rasa.

Cuti-cuti : Avillion Admiral Cove

This is my last vacation before giving birth. Room was huge with 1 super king bed and 1 day/single bed. Since we stayed in the new building, everything looks new.

Food was so-so, nothing special. Kids love the swimming pool. The pool area is shady, they swim the whole day.

He chose to eat eat eat than to swim...lol

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. No complaints on that.


Rasanya, kalau diberi pilihan, xnak dah kot datang sini, boringgggg...hehehe.

Recipe : Apam Polka Dot

Harris dah dekat seminggu mintak buat apam ni but mama nya yang tak larat. So one day, finally buat jugak sebab dah tak tahan dengar pujuk rayu dia...hehehe. Yang bestnya, Harris ni ringan tulang when it comes to masak-masak.Hadeef rajin jugak, rajin makan jelah.

Err, macam2 design ada...macam nilah jadinya kalau Hadeef tolong ya tuan-tuan dan puan-puan...sesuka hati dia aja. Doesn't matter, Hadeef makan more than 20 biji. Semua sekali dapat dalam 40+ biji (biji?ketul?whatever)


Recipe:
3 eggs
275g wheat flour
200g fine sugar
150ml fresh milk
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ovelette
Filling (i use choc rice-can also use kaya/blueberry/etc)
3 tsp vanilla essence
Food coloring


1. Beat egg + sugar + ovelette until fluffy
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
3. Add food colouring to the mixture
4. Put the coloured mixture into piping bag
5. Pipe the mixture into paper cups, add    filling and add mixture again until 3/4 cups full
6. Design on top as u wish
7. Steam for 10-15 minutes

Welcome Haqeem bin Hafizi. He was born on 19 Feb 2011 @ 4.05pm. He weights 2.75kg, paling kecik as compared to Harris and Hadeef. Tq Allah.
